parent/guardian)/Waiting card - 6. Original and photocopy of leaving certificate.
- 7. One passport size photo
- 8. Original and Photocopies of Birth Certificate.
Boarders will also be required to have the following:

- – Personal effects (tissue, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap e.t.c)
- – A plate, spoon and a cup.
